Tour Guide

A knitter’s tour
We start with the Serenity Knitting shop. It is divided into 3 sections, yarns, patterns and accessories where there is a wide variety of products on offer.

Not sure what to buy? Then visit the inspire section
Where there is a inspirational gallery of knitting images. In the same section visit the ideas and trends to see how the seasonal and classic trends are developing. Stop by the history section to see how our ancestors used to knit.  If it is all get a bit serious then drop in on the ‘for your amusement’ to lighten the mood.
Closer to deciding the outline of your next project but want to narrow your options and see what we have in stock? Then it is time to look in on the specialist project search.
Patterns are categorised into easy, intermediate and advanced with the pattern type offering divided into women, men, baby etc and so on. You can just type in "easy" and it will bring up the entire easy section or choose all "women" and you will be able to select patterns just for women and then you can narrow your desired choices.

While you are mulling over colours, patterns and yarns – take a quick break and see what is going on in the knitting world with our news items and some articles written by the Serenity Knitting team.
In this section you will also find features which include an interview with the knitting bishop Richard Rutt. We share some of the story of how Serenity Knitting developed in the blog and look out for a chance to win fabulous knitting prizes with our latest competition.

With your choice of pattern, yarn and accessories and want to buy – going back to the shop you will see that with our page turner catalogue gizmo you will see every pattern on offer before you buy.
Thank you for taking our tour. Don’t forget our opening offer for our first 100 customers.
Looking  at the product in detail in the shop:  We particularly like the zoom bit where you can look at the stock photos in detail which enables you to buy with more confidence.

If you need any help with knitting or crochet techniques then the ‘how to page’ gives lots of helpful ideas for books and links to knitting and crochet websites dedicated to helping knitters and crocheters learn more about the craft.
