Cancellation, Exchanges  & Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel an order within seven days of purchase or within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you wish to cancel your purchase within seven days, you should contact Serenity Knitting to obtain a returns number. We will refund payment for the goods, provided they are returned in an unused, unopened and resaleable condition within seven days of delivery. The returns address is: Serenity Knitting, 52 Imperial Road, Huddersfield, HD1 4PJ, United Kingdom.

If purchase was made via debit or credit card on the Serenity Knitting website, payment will be refunded directly to the same debit or credit card. Orders placed by any other means will be refunded by bank transfer. All such refunds will be made within 14 days of the return of the goods.

To exchange goods, please contact Serenity Knitting for confirmation of the exchange/return (by telephone 01484 544881 or email info@serenityknitting.co.uk) and return the goods in an unused and resaleable condition, as described  below.


When returning goods, please ensure they are carefully wrapped, to prevent damage in transit and enclose your name and address, a copy of your order/invoice and the returns number issued to you. We advise you to return goods via recorded delivery, registered post or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Costs of returning goods will be borne by you. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit.

Serenity Knitting reserves the right not to sell to any potential customer at our discretion.
