If you are experiencing problems with having your payment accepted, please read the check points listed below, to see if they resolve your issue.
1. Billing address
This has no been completed properly. In the drop down box, select either a new address, same as billing address, or if you have previously given an alternate delivery address it will be listed there. CLICK on the selct address button and on the screen you should now see two address tables,one for billing and one for delivery. If you only see one address, then your delivery address has not bee accpted properly.
2. Message - there has been a problem with your payment
Please check that that you have not used any letters with accents in your name or address. Unfortunately, the payment system by HSBC Bank in the UK does not accept accented characters such as umlauts etc and therefore please replace any such characters with the letter without the accent.
