Ordering Online

Ordering online

Serenity Knitting aims to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. You can browse yarns, by brand, by weight, by tension and use the online search facility to identify projects you would be interested in making. Order your own kits by deciding which pattern you wish to make, which yarn/s you wish to use, and if you need them, needles and any other accessories.

  • Browse our online shop and once you have decided on your purchases, click the add to basket button for that item, remembering to ensure you have selected the correct quantity of yarn ( it may be difficult to match up batch numbers of yarns at a later date if you do not buy sufficient yarn for your project).
  • Having selected your purchases you can proceed to the check out and enter your name and address and the website will then guide you to the payment collection pages, where payment will be collected.
  • Once you have ordered, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not yet indicate a contract between us. Once we have emailed to inform you that we have processed your order and despatched the goods, then we have deemed to have accepted your order and there is a contract between us.
