Welcome to our new Serenity Knitting Loyalty scheme
This new scheme starts on 24 March 2011 and is renewed annually. As you spend on the Serenity Knitting website, you build up rewards and these generate money off vouchers as you reach different levels of spending.
If you spend more than £150, then a loyalty voucher for 10% off your next order is applied to your account and you can spend it when you choose, so you could choose to use it when you plan to buy some expensive wool to treat yourself, which makes it more valuable to you. Or use the voucher to buy a present from the website for family and friends.
When you have accumulated sufficient rewards for a voucher, a box will appear at the check out stage - called "Apply Loyalty discount" and you will be able to apply the voucher against your purchase. To use the voucher, simply tick the box at the checkout or ignore this box if you wish to save the voucher for a future order. You can use the loyalty voucher on any order you wish within the twelve months expiry period.
Loyalty voucher levels are as follows:

Enrolment reward ! - all you need to do is
sign up to the loyalty scheme next time you place an order ( of any size) and you
will receive a 5% voucher to use against your next or subsequent order
Terms and conditions
- all customers new or already registered need to enrol on the scheme. For registered customers, simply login and tick the Loyalty Scheme box and you wil be enrolled. New customers need to register on the site and tick the loyalty scheme box, when registering.
- your enrolment reward will be recognised on your account when you next place an order and will appear at the checkout page - tick the "apply loyalty discount" box to use your order.
- scheme is reset to zero 12 months after enrolling, so only purchases made in any one year accrue towards reward levels
- loyalty vouchers accrue against your specific customer account and can only be redeemed though that customer account, but the goods despatched can be delivered elsewhere as on any standard order
- loyalty vouchers must redeemed within twelve months of being issued, after which the voucher expires
- when you have accrued sufficient rewards for a voucher, you will see a box at the checkout stage which asks if you wish to apply your loyalty discount and you can then choose to apply it or not.

Want to check what rewards you have so far?
Login to your account, choose any items in the shop and go to the checkout stage and there you will see the "apply loyalty voucher" box and it will list any vouchers you have available to you. You can then carry on shopping and use the voucher or simply logout, without making a purchase.
