How to buy Gift vouchers- Go to the Gift Voucher section in the shop
- Select the occasion you require -ie Happy Birthday of Happy Christmas
- Select the value you wish of the gift voucher
- Proceed through the basket and checkout , as you would a normal order
- PLEASE NOTE - your voucher will be attached on confirmation email you receive, once the order has been placed. Your voucher should come into your Inbox. If you do not have
www.serenityknitting.co.uk in your address book, the email may go to your spam or junk folder. Please check spam, if you can not find the voucher in you inbox. The vouchers will
not be sent out by post, unless specifically requested by email to
info@serenityknitting.co.uk.
- Having received the confirmation email, you will notice that the gift voucher is attached as a pdf to your confirmation order
- You can now choose to forward this email to the lucky recipient or save and print off the the voucher to give to your recipient.
- The voucher contains a code, which is can now be redeemed on the Serenity Knitting website - just enter the code in the box at checkout - which asks - do you have a voucher? Continue with your payment as normal.
How to redemm Gift vouchers
- Note the number of the code on the voucher
- Select the goods you wish to purchase and proceed to the basket stage
- The basket page wil ask if you have a promotional code - DO NOT put the code in this box, but wait until you get to the next page - the checkout page
- At the check out page , you will see a question " Do you have a voucher? and a box for entering the code.
- Enter your gift voucher code in this box and click on ADD VOUCHER. This will change the amount which is to be paid, ie the amount due less the amount of the voucher you have chosen to use.
- You have now redeemed your voucher
- Please note you do not have to use the voucher in full. If there is an unsed amount, you will be able to redeem it at a later stage.
