Delivery

Please note:
the delivery charge is not final until the delivery address is input on the order , so the standard delivery charge will not be altered until you have specified the delivery destination. this is before the payment stage.

 
Serenity Knitting aims to process your order on the day of receipt of the order. Subject to payment being cleared, your order will normally be despatched within 48 hours on working days, where items are in stock.

Where items are not in stock, delivery within the UK would take 2-5 working days. In such cases, customers have the option to cancel this order or proceed to the checkout. Where it is estimated that stock would not be available from the suppliers, within five days, you will be contacted by Serenity Knitting, to confirm whether you still wish to proceed with the order. You will not be charged any extra delivery costs, if items ordered are delivered separately. Where items not in stock are supplied from overseas, the delivery time may be longer, again we will contact you, to see if you still wish to proceed with the order.

Serenity Knitting will undertake to ensure that wherever possible, all orders of yarn are from the same batch/lot number, unless the product line has been discontinued by the manufacturer, in which case the customer will be notified as such.

The delivery address should be one where there is usually somebody available during normal business hours.

International orders should normally be received within 14 days, provided the goods are in stock.

If your order exceeds the minimum order limits for your destination, then delivery is free. Orders for total value less than these minimum limits have delivery charges as shown below:

You can also choose to have your goods delivered using Signed For/ International Signed For, to ensure that a signature is obtained on receipt of the goods or you can use AirSure ( not yet available to all countries - see list below) to ensure the most prompt delivery and also a signature is obtained on receipt of goods. Free delivery levels also apply on these additional postal services.

Damaged or faulty goods

If you should receive goods damaged in the post, please notify us within seven days and we will replace the order as soon as the damaged goods are returned to us, as per the Returns Policy.
