Summer is definitely here, and is usual English style, one day scorchio and next rain!
We hope you have seen our advertising in the the knitting magazines, Simply Knitting, The Knitter, Let's Knit, and Knitting and also in Vogue Knitting in autumn - we've been busy.
Last week Anna and I visited the Macclesfield Silk Museums and we will be reporting on that shortly, so look out for that story. If you ever thought of visiting, then you should definitely go, the guided tour is very interesting and informative and as there are four sites to visit, all showing different aspects of the silk trade, it's worth a day trip to Macclesfield. Although Anna and I always visit places on exciting days, while in the museum, there was a power cut. We once went to Barcelona to celebrate a birthday, there was a power cut and it snowed! Makes it more fun.
