The next step, talk to a few people, see what they think of the idea ( quite a few negative comments but mostly from people who do not know much about hand crafts), talk to suppliers, talk to knitters and crocheters and get some numbers together.
I have a spreadsheet for everything! But I am not as bad as some, who apparently have spreadsheets to record what seeds they have sown - although that is not a bad idea....
Do the numbers stack up, can I find a good ecommerce developer and will Anna, my sister helps me with the marketing? All , were a yes, so take a deep breath and go for it!
